Essentially, concierge services are designed to help manage and simplify day-to-day tasks or special requests, thereby saving time and providing convenience.

  • The difference between Your Concierge and other companies lies in our commitment to trustworthiness and personalized service. We understand that entrusting aspects of your personal or professional life to us is a significant decision. That's why we prioritize building a relationship based on transparency, reliability, and discretion. Our approach means that we tailor our services to fit your unique needs, ensuring that you feel heard and valued, not just another client on the roster. With Your Concierge you're not just getting a service; you're gaining a dedicated partner who is as invested in your home, family, and business as you are.

  • Monday - Friday | 8am - 5pm CST

    We understand that emergencies arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Requests received on an emergency/after-hours basis are subject to an after-hours premium fee - a separate charge not included in the retainer hours.

  • We observe the following holidays and do not provide services on:

    • Martin Luther King Jr. Day

    • President’s Day

    • Memorial Day

    • Independence Day

    • Labor Day

    • Columbus Day

    • Thanksgiving Day and the Friday following

    • Christmas week through the beginning of January
